☆The Kaga Hyakumangoku course is only available in the autumn when appetites are at their peak☆A course that makes generous use of fresh fish delivered directly from Kanazawa Port and Kaga vegetables, as well as an abundance of seasonal autumn ingredients☆Enjoy the ultimate in luxury in a variety of ways.The menu is packed with six appetizers, a luxurious sashimi platter, tempura made with seasonal ingredients, and our signature luxurious nigiri sushi (contents may change depending on stock availability).
